Navin, Haffty & Associates (NHA) is excited to announce our client Lane Regional Medical Center of Zachary, Louisiana went LIVE on February 1 with a migration from MEDITECH MAGIC 5.67 to Expanse including Ambulatory. A 139-bed community hospital with 105 physicians and 29 mid-levels, Lane Regional serves as the primary healthcare resource for a population of more than 200,000.
According to Lane Regional CFO Phil Hacker, “Lane Regional Medical Center had a successful Go-LIVE with MEDITECH Expanse on February 1. Great job to our IS team lead by Paul Murphy, CIO. It is amazing the difference having the right talent manage a Go-LIVE such as this makes. Thank you to NHA for supporting us throughout this project. Your consulting staff is top notch. Lane was only down a few hours during the actual conversion. We were dropping claims on day 6…very successful conversion!!”
Paul Murphy, CIO, added his thoughts on the partnership with NHA: “I want to thank the NHA team for being such a wonderful partner in our journey to implement MEDITECH Expanse. This was a huge project for our health system and critically important for the success of our organization. The NHA team members were rock stars throughout the project! With the help of NHA we had a very smooth Go-LIVE without any delays. We could not have achieved that without their expertise. The project management, clinical, and financial consultants that worked with us were top-notch and true experts in their fields.”
NHA is the proud recipient of the prestigious Best in KLAS award for HIT Enterprise Implementation Leadership, a recognition which underscores our differentiation in the MEDITECH READY implementation consulting services market. NHA was ranked the #1 MEDITECH Implementation Consultant & Advisor for 2018 by Black Book Research. We remain the only READY-certified firm with an exclusive focus on the MEDITECH EHR.
