We have never been faced with the uncertainty or challenges we are experiencing today. These are truly unprecedented times, and as we watch events unfold we realize this is not the time for business as usual.
Given the enormity of the disruption to our personal and business lives, I feel compelled to provide you with thoughts and observations on the steps Navin Haffty is taking to be socially responsible, while continuing to provide the best possible services for our clients and the greater MEDITECH community.
To ensure the necessary protection for your staff, your patients and our consultants, Navin Haffty instituted a two-week pause on travel for our consultant staff beginning March 16. We communicated to all clients that we would consult via remote services for that period. At this time, continuing the travel restrictions for an extended period is the safe and prudent thing to do. We are taking these measures to not only ensure we are here to help you with your business continuity, but also to comply with public health advisories and community responsibilities.
During this period, the entire Navin Haffty team will work diligently to continue to deliver the services you need and be there for you and your staff. As the situation continues to unfold, we will stay closely connected with you and your teams. We plan to communicate as frequently as necessary with all our clients, ensuring we are responsive to needs and concerns, striving to understand your unique situations, and sharing relevant information across the Navin Haffty community.
If you have questions, concerns, or needs, please know we are here for you. The entire Navin Haffty leadership team is available at any time. As always, I welcome you to contact me directly, by cell at 508-579-9123 or by email at jhaffty@navinhaffty.com.
We will get through this together, and I hope you find comfort knowing you have the support of the entire Navin Haffty family to call on as you see fit.
