NHA has developed tools to allow for a rapid assessment of your readiness and to provide a roadmap for your organization. We have conducted working sessions involving executive leadership of our clients to strategize on when to apply and how to build the governance and decision making structures needed to manage these projects. Working closely with MEDITECH, we understand their evolving support for clients and build these changes into our methodology. Closely following the ongoing interpretations provided by CMS, we have adapted our tools and support to best guide our clients to achieve full and supportable compliance.
