We help you define project scope and expectations while assessing workflow and identifying benefits to be realized from the new applications and device requirements and options


PROJECT MANAGERS

Navin Haffty and Associates have experienced Project Managers who have led successful implementations of the MEDITECH HCIS. Whether we serve as the project manager or as coach/guide to your internal project manager, we provide a high level of knowledge and solid experience that reduces the financial risks to this challenge.


PRODUCT SPECIALISTS/TEAM LEADERS

As with Project Managers for the overall HCIS implementation, we provide product specialists who bring expertise with individual applications. These applications specialists understand both the capabilities of the MEDITECH software but also the workflow of individual departments. GO-LIVE READINESS ASSESSMENTS

Many hospitals are capable of implementing the MEDITECH HCIS without outside assistance. However, as you approach your go-live date, some hospitals have benefited from our readiness reviews to either provide the confidence heading into the live date or in identifying risks and weaknesses that may have been missed. Go-Live Readiness Assessments are conducted by our Executive Directors and Project Managers.
